Web Developer

Location: North Ferriby

Are you a web developer with a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly websites? Our client are looking for a talented Web Developer with a strong foundation in web technologies and an eagerness to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a key member in the Web team, day to day you’ll be working on websites developed in Craft CMS and Laravel. You should be capable of turning website designs in to functional websites, editable within the relevant CMS that match the designers visuals. Your key responsibilities will be to develop and maintain responsive websites using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and templating languages such as Blade and Twig, you will translate design files (Adobe XD or Figma) into clean, functional, responsive HTML templates. Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Optimise websites for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility, and stay current with industry trends and best practices in web development.

Conveyancer/Solicitor

Our client was set up with the goal to provide premium commercial and residential property legal advice and customer service, with a reduced cost for the customer made possible by their ongoing use of modern technology. You will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity, maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved, ensuring a high level of client service and satisfaction. Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, transfers, leases, and mortgage, ensure all conveyancing processes comply with current legal standards and regulatory requirements, including AML, GDPR, and SRA regulations. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with transactions. Work closely with other team members, providing guidance to junior staff and support staff as necessary and keep up-to-date with changes in property law and practice through continuous professional development. You must be a Qualified Solicitor holding a current practicing certificate. Have proven experience in residential conveyancing, with a solid understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures. Be proficient in case management systems and conveyancing software; strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal terms in a clear and concise manner as well as strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. Have a commitment to delivering exceptional client care and maintaining confidentiality and the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions to legal issues.

They are now seeking apprentice trained Technicians to Level 3 (C&G, NVQ or equivalent) with electrical experience to complement their current staff in their Service & Workshop team.
