Our client is a East Yorkshire based Civil Engineering and Building contractor established in 1980 with a current turnover of 40 million GBP. They have a reputation for quality with many repeat clients, with many live contracts throughout the UK. Most of their contracts are NEC contracts.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced NEC contracts planner / programmer predominantly working with their experienced head office bid team in their Hessle office in East Yorkshire. Full time office-based attending sites to update live site programmes as required Monday to Friday.
The role of the planner / programmer will be to formulate NEC compliant works programmes for both tenders and secured works. Updating the programmes monthly ensuring all compensation and other relevant events as required by the contract are captured to establish an updated critical path and any changes to proposed key dates.
