You will carry out new installations in commercial and industrial environment. Hot and cold-water services, heating and gas installation work. You will be carrying out maintenance on varied systems and providing a first-class service and customer experience to our clients, working to deadlines and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations are carried out. You will respond to call outs on a rota system and run and manage projects. It is essential you have significant experience in a similar role and the ability to work in a team and on your own. Have City and Guilds full apprenticeship (Level 3) ACS gas qualifications, unvented hot water certificate and a CSCS Card. Hold a Full Driving License and be willing to work away from home as and when required. It is desired you have an IPAF License and Water Regulations qualification.

The individual shall be responsible for estimating/ tendering, online tendering. Liaising with existing and potential new clients. Completing projects within budget, on time and to a high standard. This role is office based with a requirement to conduct site visits as and when necessary. Liaising with project managers daily, responding to emails, completing lighting designs using Relux. Estimating projects using our in house software. Managing materials using order numbers, very clean with drawings and plans and completing test certificates. Candidate must have a clean driving licence, good knowledge of BS7671. Clean and tidy appearance, generally clean and tidy. NVQ 3, 18th edition wiring regulations, ECS gold card, CAD experience. PV Experience/ estimating, car charging estimating experience.

The Service Engineer will predominantly be working for a major supermarket chain in Hull and around Yorkshire but not limited to this area. You will provide maintenance, inspection and repair services to refrigeration, air conditioning and cooling systems. Diagnosing faults and leak repair. Providing a high level of quality customer service and refrigeration expertise for the client. The candidate must have a min NVQ/City and Guilds level 2 or equivalent in Refrigeration and be F Gas registered. You must be well experienced in dealing with commercial refrigeration equipment, proven refrigeration service and maintenance experience on commercial refrigeration systems. Experience working on refrigeration cabinets, cold rooms, and water chillers and a knowledge of air conditioning service work.
