Sales Negotiator

Our client, a well-established, award winning family-run business with a strong reputation across Hull and East Yorkshire, has an opening at their busy Anlaby branch and is seeking a confident and driven Sales Negotiator to join their growing team. As a company built on trust, transparency, and local knowledge, they are looking for someone who shares these values and can deliver the friendly, professional service their clients expect. While previous experience in estate agency is beneficial, it is not essential. Applicants with a background in customer service, sales, or client-focused roles will be well suited—particularly those with a genuine interest in the local property market. The key responsibilities will be handling sales enquiries from initial contact through to completion, supporting branch growth by identifying business opportunities and generating referrals, and consistently delivering the high level of service our client is known for.

HSEQ Advisor

Senior Refrigeration Service Engineer

As a Senior refrigeration Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring that refrigeration systems are Serviced & Maintained correctly which include heavy commercial and Industrial systems (CO2, DX, propane and Chilled water applications (Ammonia experience advantageous) You will be working closely with the Service admin team, Service Supervisors, and other senior service engineers to ensure that the refrigeration systems meet the required specifications and standard for thrit clients. You will need to make sure clients systems are running to their optimum condition to meet site operating requirements, always ensuring safe systems of work.

NEC Contract Planner/Programmer

Location: Hessle

Salary: 50,000 - 70,000

Our client is a East Yorkshire based Civil Engineering and Building contractor established in 1980 with a current turnover of 40 million GBP. They have a reputation for quality with many repeat clients, with many live contracts throughout the UK. Most of their contracts are NEC contracts. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced NEC contracts planner / programmer predominantly working with their experienced head office bid team in their Hessle office in East Yorkshire. Full time office-based attending sites to update live site programmes as required Monday to Friday. The role of the planner / programmer will be to formulate NEC compliant works programmes for both tenders and secured works. Updating the programmes monthly ensuring all compensation and other relevant events as required by the contract are captured to establish an updated critical path and any changes to proposed key dates. The role requires production of individual programmes to show the effect of Compensation Events on the latest accepted programme as they occur on live contracts, along with working with and supporting other business needs. This will involve communicating internally across the business and with subcontractors.
