Sales Negotiator

Office Manager

Location: Cleethorpes

Salary: From £30,500 per year

Our client, a long-standing plumbing and heating provider in Lincolnshire, is seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. In this key role, you will oversee office workflows, coordinate engineers’ schedules, manage stock and materials, handle invoicing and reports, maintain office systems, and support health and safety compliance. Experience within the plumbing industry and knowledge of the Commusoft operating system are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a business administration qualification or equivalent experience, with proven background in office management. Strong leadership skills, excellent organisation and time-management, and confidence using MS Office and office management systems are essential. You should be a clear communicator with strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, a professional and confidential approach, and a proactive, positive attitude are key. Experience in the trade industry, merchant/supplier roles, CAD tools, or sales would be an advantage.

Vehicle Technician

Location: Grimsby

Salary: From £17 an hour

Our client is seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on a wide range of vehicles in their modern Grimsby workshop. You’ll diagnose faults, complete high-quality repairs, follow manufacturer standards, and maintain accurate records while working efficiently as part of the workshop team. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with proven experience in the motor trade. You should have strong diagnostic and repair skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A full UK driving licence is essential.
